Scarlet Seduction Vampire Victorian choker #VP3

I hand-made this Dark Victorian Venise Lace Choker. I used imported Scarlet Red velvet ribbon, French black Victorian venise lace, and black Swarovski crystals. This choker fits neck sizes of 12"-15" and can also be custom made to your measurements. It has antique silver latches and a silver plated chain with a noir crystal drop
